The entry fees for the 16^th edition of the MUNDIAVOCAT CLASSIC or the 3^rd edition of the MUNDIAVOCAT MASTER are composed of:

-       Registration fees per team

-       Accommodation costs per person

Registration fees per team

These registration fees is set per team and costs €7,000.

These fees include:all expenses relating to the organisation of the tournament, the availability of football pitches, football balls, referees (3 officials per match), match’s delegates (1 per match), water on the pitches, medical assistance on each field, the trophies and medals, other expenses.

Accommodation fees per person

Considering our agreement signed with the company owning the chosen hotels in Rovinj and the cancellation fees imposed by this contract, all teams have to be accommodated through our services. Thank you for your understanding.

Accommodation costs per person in a hotel room based on 2 people sharing (Twin or Double) on a B&B formula

• Category A, ISTRA (located on an island, 10min by boat) and EDEN hotels: €920
• Category B, PARK and KATARINA hotels (located on an island facing Rovinj harbor): €760
• Category C, VALDALISO hotel: €610

Accommodation costs per person in the VILLA RUBIN and AMARIN aparthotels on a B&B basis – NEW RATES

As apartments are about to be renovated during winter, the company owning the chosen hotels in Rovinjgave us their new price list.

• Category I, “aparthotel” with kitchen: €600*
• Category II, “aparthotel”, without kitchen: €510**

*some category I apartments may be occupied by 3 or 4 people. In this case, the first 2 people pay €600 and the 3^rd or potentially the 4^th person pays €530 each.

**some category II apartments may be occupied by 3 people. In this case, the first 2 people pay €510 and the 3^rd person pays €460.

These rates, whatever your choice of accommodation, include:

-       Accommodation for 9 nights from 1^st to 10^th June 2012,

-       Local tax,

-       Breakfasts, 

-       The draw ceremony and a welcome cocktail,

-       A dining cocktail in the middle of your stay,

-       The prize giving ceremony,

-       Repatriation assistance insurance,

-       The application fees.

These rates do not include: meals and drinks (except breakfasts), return transportation from your home to Rovinj, personal expenses (telephone, minibar, laundry, etc.), return airport/hotel transfers and hotel/football pitch transfers, accommodation cancellation insurance, excursions, any other expense which is not stated in our offer.

Warning:

-       We only have a limited number of rooms available in each category. We advise you to book your accommodation early so as to get the category and rate of your choice.

-       For latecomers, the allocation will be made in accordance with the rooms which are left.
