Registration

The fixed fee per team is established in accordance with the cost of organising previous tournaments.

 

Participation costs are of € 7,000 per team.

Each team must comprise a minimum number of 13 players and a maximum number of 25 players.

 

Accomodation fees (All inclusive formula)

In view of the contract binding us with the World of Wonders Hotels (Topkapi Palace and Kremlin Palace) and the cancellation fees they impose, teams must stay at the World of Wonders Hotels and arrange their stay exclusively with the CSO. No team may ignore these conditions.

 

 

Room Type:
• Single (S)
• Double Room (D) : 1 large bed (2 persons)
• Twin Room (T) : 2 separated beds (2 persons)
• Duplex Room (DX) : 1st floor: 1 large bed or 2 separated beds + Mezzanine: 2 separated beds    (3/4 persons)

• Triple Standard Room (TS): 1 large bed or 2 separated beds + 1 extra bed (3 persons)

 
Prices include:
1 – Transfers to and from airport/hotel/football grounds 
2 – Accommodation
3 – The “Max All Inclusive” formula for 9 nights including:
Welcome cocktail, daytime meals, dinners, snacks, drinks (with or without meals), access to the sauna and the keep-fit room, the mini-bar in the rooms (soft drinks only)
4 – Free of charge Internet Café
5 – A Gala Dinner and closing ceremony reception
6 – Laundering football kits (1 per player per day)
7 – Two training balls per team
8 – Insurance covering repatriation
9 – Administrative costs
 
Prices do not include:
Transport from your home to Antalya and back, personal expenses, (telephone, laundering extra kit, dry-cleaning etc.)
 
IMPORTANT:
No reservation will be confirmed unless a deposit has been received. Any team failing to meet the costs by the date indicated in the payment schedule will be considered to have cancelled its booking.
Any registration fees paid in part are due in full. Because rooms are booked for nine nights, it is impossible to pay for your stay on a pro rata basis.
