Other tournaments
Eurolawyers: As the Mundiavocat was facing a great development, the idea of creating continental tournaments made sense. That's why to begin, we organised our first Lawyers European Football Cup in 2005 in Ste-Maxime (France). The success of this edition push us to continue to organise a European tournament between two Mundiavocat. In 2011, the 4th edition took place in Benidorm (Spain) from May 31st to June 5th. Palermo (Italia) won the finale against Murcia (Spain).
Americalawyers: Since several years, many tournaments are organised in countries of South America. As they generally have a good level and a real passion for football, we decided to develop a new tournament in the Americas in 2009. The Lawyers American Football Cup was born. The 1st edition took place in Rio de Janeiro (Brasil) with 9 teams. In 2011, Cancún (Mexico) was hosting the 2nd edition from April 27th to May 1st. 13 teams participated and finally, OAB Goias (Brasil) won the finale against SAFI (Buenos Aires, Argentina) in the marvelous Andres Quintana Roo Stadium!
Asialawyers: After a really good experience by organising a continental tournament in Europe, we decided to create a competition in Asia because more and more teams were taking part to the Mundiavocat. The 1st edition took place in 2007. Unfortunately, the 2nd edition, who should take place in Malaysia in 2009 but finally had to be cancelled for security reasons. We hope we could come back soon.
Africalawyers:To complete all our continental tournaments, we had to organise a competition in Africa. This continent, completely crazy about football, which well welcomed the FIFA World Cup in 2010, had welcomed the 1st edition of the Lawyers African Football Cup in 2009. Sousse (Tunisia) was the hosting city. 9 teams participated to the tournament and Sousse Bar Association won the finale against Tunis II.
French Football Cup for Lawyers: In 2011, a new competition has been created. So as to develop the football teams for lawyers in France, we decided to create this new cup. 8 to 12 teams are expected in Ste Maxime, a beautiful city close to St Tropez.
